A zeppelin is a steerable, rigid-framed airship, approximately 236 meters long with a diameter of 40 meters.
The 'giant of the skies' is a manifestation of humanity’s perpetual longing to ascend. An illusion that drifts
slowly and majestically. It flies to that certain Oberammergau, then returns, tracing a few circles above us.
'So often, the desire awakens within us, only for us to crash to the ground with broken wings—and life goes on
as if nothing had happened...' — says Karoline in Ödön von Horváth’s play Kasimir and Karoline (1932).
