video 4’14”Living in Hong Kong I fell in love with the experience of being a ’flaneur’ in a foreign atmosphere, wandering through the local environment observing details and cultural structures of urban spaces.
Documenting the peculiar early morning life of a local park in Hong Kong, with my wooden birdhouse-backpack I tried to be as still as possible to create an ironic portrayal of female passivity.
